We are proud to announce that effective February 1, 2021 Integrated Technical Systems, Inc. (ITS) has acquired the WPS Eastern Region Sales and Service Office customer base located in Rockville MD.
With this acquisition, ITS will be able to serve WPS’s long established customer relationships that have evolved over the last 25 years. The company will continue to provide the same level of product quality and services that WPS customers have been accustomed to in access and parking revenue control systems solutions.
